The Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF) faced the challenge of creating a mobile platform that could connect users with first responders during emergencies in real time. Existing systems were unable to provide instant geolocation tracking and seamless communication, which are critical for effective emergency response. TCIF needed a solution that could address these gaps while ensuring data security and scalability. Another challenge was educating users and responders through the platform. They required a system that not only facilitated emergency services but also provided tools for first-aid education and training. Additionally, the platform had to handle high traffic during crisis events without compromising performance or reliability.
