What will your role look like
- Work alongside with technical teams to maintain methods, tools and standards to maintain and
- Monitor operational availability and performance.
- Support new solutions for maintaining and monitoring operations according to the existing guidelines and policies.
- Ensures change management processes are followed as defined in the global process.
- Define processes for local operational responsibility.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and gain buy-in for implementation.
- Oversee monitoring and systems management processes in their own area of responsibility.
- Liaise with the local/regional/global practices as appropriate on behalf of the respective customer.
- Support completeness, adequacy, viability and cost-effectiveness of business continuity and disaster
- Recovery and ensures backup for the response team following the ITSCM guidelines.
- Deputize for respective manager when required
